I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I do. The best way to cook, I think, is to take an idea and make it your own and that's kind of what I do with the recipes I've brought here. Asian Salad Dressing

What you need:
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar

What you do:
Whisk together all ingredients.  Makes about 2/3 cup dressing.
